Return and Shipping Policy
Thanks for shopping at E Bliss Hair and Beauty. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. All Sales are final, we have a NO refund and NO return policy so please make sure you are 100% sure of purchase before you proceed. If the item is damaged or faulty please notify us with 12-24 hours of receiving the item. After inspecting the hair and we agree the hair is faulty you will have 5-7 days to return the hair for a refund. The item needs to be in its original form(not brushed, dyed or altered in any way) or an exchange will not be granted. If a mistake has been made with your order such as a wrong item being sent, an exchange will be given when notified within 12-24 hours. All custom made wigs are non-refundable.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
*All parcels are sent using Royal Mail Tracked Service, a tracking number will be issued to you once your order has been dispatched.
*Our standard processing time for Wigs are 4-9 working days excluding weekends & bank holidays due to the current pandemic.
*Hair Products shipping is expected to take approximately 2-3 days after your order has been processed.
*9-13 working days excluding weekends & bank holidays, please bear in mind that shipping might take a little longer due to the current pandemic.
*We ship to all counties at an affordable price.
*Tracking numbers will be sent when the order has been processed.
